1 pound of deli shaved turkey breast
1 bag of romaine lettuce (chopped)
1/3 bottle of low-fat ranch dressing (you can use regular ranch if you prefer)
1 tomato (diced)
6 burrito sized flour tortillas
In a large bowl, mix the lettuce, tomato, and ranch dressing.
Place 1/6th of the salad mixture on each tortilla and 1/6th of the shaved turkey breast. (Make sure you place the salad before the turkey)
Fold both ends of the tortilla and roll the tortillas up.
Cut the tortillas diagonally in the middle.
This will create 12 servings and will be a nice healthy lunch for you and your family and friends.
