INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound(s) , Tofu
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Sherry
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Ginger Grated
- 1 large , Garlic Clove Minced
- 1/2 cup(s) , Onion Chopped
- 1/2 cup(s) , Mixed Vegetables
- 1/2 cup(s) , Mushrooms Sliced
- 1/2 cup(s) , Red Bell Pepper Sliced
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Olive Oil

Rinse and drain tofu. Cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes. Make a marinade by mixing the sherry, soy sauce, and ginger together. Marinade the tofu for 30 minutes. Heat the wok, and add the oil. Add garlic and onion. Stir fry until the onion is limp. Add the carrots and stir fry for a minute or two. Add the rest of the vegetables and cook until the broccoli turns a bright green. Stir fry for another 3 minutes. Serve over noodles or rice. Serves 6. |
