INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Olive Oil
- 1 large , Onion Chopped
- 28 ounces , Canned Whole Tomatoes
- 2/3 cup(s) , Picante Sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Chili Powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Cumin
- 3/4 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1 can(s) , Pinto Beans Drained
- 1 large , Zucchini Chunked
- 1 cup(s) , Corn Kernals

Heat oil in a large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium heat. Saute onion for 2-3 minutes. Add tomatoes, picante sauce, chili powder, cumin and salt. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Serve with additional picante sauce, if desired. |
