Artichoke Spinach Casserole

 My family loves this recipe, i make it about once a month for them. It is simple and tastes great.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 25 ounces , Frozen Chopped Spinach
  • 2 jar(s) , Marinated Artichoke Hearts
  • 1 cup(s) , Sour Cream
  • 1/2 packet(s) , Onion Soup Mix

Instructions:
Cook spinach. Drain Well. Quarter artichokes. Combine all ingredients. Bake in buttered 2 quart casserole at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cutting recipe in half works well. Will serve 6 to 8. Everyone will want seconds!
