INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 cup(s) , short grain brown rice cooked
- 1/2 cup(s) , wheat germ
- 3/4 cup(s) , walnuts chopped
- 1/4 cup(s) , dry roasted sunflower seeds
- 1 cup(s) , onion chopped
- 2 cup(s) , fat-free or low-fat cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon(s) , yeast
- 8 ounces , Egg Beaters

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients and pack into an oiled 9-inch loaf pan. Bake for about 50 minutes until firm. (CAREFUL...bottom has a tendency to burn). Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, slice. |
