INGREDIENTS:
- 1 large , Eggplant
- 1 large , Onion Sliced
- 1/2 cup(s) , Sharp Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 large , Garlic CLove
- 10 whole , Soda Crackers Crushed
- 1/2 cup(s) , Half and Half
- 0 to taste , Salt and Pepper
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Butter

Peel and cut eggplant into 1 inch cubes. Add onion and cook in a small amount of boiling salted water until tender, about 5-10 minutes; drain. Mix with cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, cracker crumbs and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon into a greased casserole and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. |
