INGREDIENTS:
- 3 ounces , Cream Cheese Softened
- 1 medium , Cucumber
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Onion Grated
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Mayonnaise
- 0 to taste , Salt and Pepper

| Instructions: |

Coarsely grate unpeeled cucumber, then drain, reserving liquid. Stir cream cheese to soften, add lemon juice and mayonnaise. Stir in onions and cucumber. Season to taste. A few drops of Tabasco sauce may be added. If too thick, thin with liquid drained from the cucumber. |
