INGREDIENTS:
- 3 medium , Zucchini
- 1/2 cup(s) , Wheat Germ
- 1/2 cup(s) , Almonds Finely Chopped
- 1/4 cup(s) , Parmesan Cheese Grated
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1/4 cup(s) , Butter or Margarine Melted

Cut the zucchini lengthwise into quarters, then cut those into halves, and those lengthwise into halves (each zucchini makes 16 sticks) Mix wheat germ, almonds, cheese and salt in a plastic bag. Roll zucchini sticks in butter, coat with the breading mixture. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees until crisp. about 15 minutes. |
