INGREDIENTS:
- 3 cup(s) , Cubed Cooked Ham
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Butter
- 1/2 cup(s) , Sugar
- 1/2 cup(s) , Water
- 1 1/4 cup(s) , Cranberries
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Orange Zest
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Salt and Pepper

Preheat oven to 350°.
In a large skillet, brown ham lightly in butter. In a saucepan, bring water and sugar to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Add 3/4 cup cranberries and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes. Add orange zest, salt and pepper.
Combine ham with cranberry mixture; pour into baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for about 20 minutes. Add remaining 1/2 cup cranberries and bake an additional 15 minutes. |
