All In One Leftover Turkey Casserole

 You can use any vegetables you have handy for this casserole. It's a great way to use up the leftovers.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) , Cooked Turkey Cubed
  • 3 cup(s) , Leftover Rice
  • 1 cup(s) , Asparagus Or any other vegetables, sliced and Cooked
  • 1 cup(s) , Turkey Gravy
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Sour Cream

Instructions:
In a large bowl mix together turkey, rice and asparagus.

Combine gravy and sour cream.

Pour over turkey mixture and mix well. Turn into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake in a 350 F degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
