INGREDIENTS:
- 1 can(s) , Salmon Drained
- 4 ounces , Canned Mushrooms Sliced
- 1 1/2 cup(s) , Bread Crumbs
- 2 large , Eggs Beaten
- 1 cup(s) , American Cheese Shredded
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Lemon Juice
- 3 tablespoon(s) , Onion Minced
- 10 ounces , Frozen Peas Thawed

| Instructions: |
Flake fish in bowl, removing bones. Add all remaining ingredients except peas and mix. Pour into greased crock pot and shape into rounded loaf. Cover and cook on high 1 hour, then low 3 to 5 hours. Add peas around loaf during the last hour.
Can add bits of: salt, pepper, thyme, paprika, dry parsley, or Worcestershire sauce if desired. |
