Salmon Cheese Loaf

 This is a great party dip to serve with crackers.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 can(s) , Salmon Drained
  • 4 ounces , Canned Mushrooms Sliced
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) , Bread Crumbs
  • 2 large , Eggs Beaten
  • 1 cup(s) , American Cheese Shredded
  • 1 tablespoon(s) , Lemon Juice
  • 3 tablespoon(s) , Onion Minced
  • 10 ounces , Frozen Peas Thawed

Instructions:
Flake fish in bowl, removing bones. Add all remaining ingredients except peas and mix. Pour into greased crock pot and shape into rounded loaf. Cover and cook on high 1 hour, then low 3 to 5 hours. Add peas around loaf during the last hour.

Can add bits of: salt, pepper, thyme, paprika, dry parsley, or Worcestershire sauce if desired.
