INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound(s) , Broccoli
- 2 cup(s) , Milk
- 2 cup(s) , Vegetable Broth
- 0 to taste , Sour Cream
- 2 teaspoon(s) , Dill and Thyme
- 0 to taste , Salt and White Pepper

| Instructions: |
Cook veggies in broth until soft, about 20 minutes. Puree
veggies in blender or food processor. Return puree to large pot, add
herbs and seasonings, bring to low simmer for 30 minutes.
Add milk and heat, do not boil. Add dollop of sour cream or yogurt for
extra creaminess.
Serve, garnish with a thin lemon slice and/or sprig of dill. |
