Sweet and Sour Venison Stew

 Brown sugar and vinegar make this a sweet and sour dish that is great

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 pound(s) , Venison Stew Meat
  • 1 large , Can of Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Vinegar
  • 1 large , Onion Cut into Pieces
  • 1 large , Green Pepper Cut into Pieces

Instructions:
Brown venison stew meat in oil in large Dutch oven. Add onion and cook lightly. Add mashed tomatoes, vinegar, and brown sugar. Put in enough water so it won't stick. Cook several hours until tender. The last 10 minutes of cooking, add green pepper strips.
