INGREDIENTS:
- 8 ounces , Alaskan King Crabmeat
- 1 package , Frozen Chopped Spinach
- 2 cup(s) , Chicken Broth
- 2 cup(s) , Cream or Half and Half
- 1/2 cup(s) , Onion Chopped
- 3 tablespoon(s) , Butter
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Flour
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) , Black Pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) , Ground Nutmeg

Slice Crab, reserve liquid. Cook spinach according to package instructions; drain. Melt butter in large saucepan, then add onion and saute until tender; blend in flour and spices. Gradually add chicken broth, stirring constantly; heat to boiling. Puree spinach mixture in blender or food processor, then add half-and-half, Crab liquid and Crab. Heat thoroughly - but DO NOT BOIL. |
