INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Butter
- 2 cup(s) , Cream
- 2 whole , Carrots Peeled & Chopped
- 1 cup(s) , Mashed Potatoes
- 1 whole , Celery Stalk Chopped
- 1 small , Onion Peeled & Chopped
- 0 to taste , Salt & Pepper
- 0 to taste , Parsley Chopped

| Instructions: |
Melt butter in saucepan and saute carrots, celery and onion until tender.
Add cream and heat almost to a boil. (Do not boil.) Add potatoes and stir
until blended. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped parsley. |
