INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Butter
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Garlic Minced
- 1 bunch , Scallions Chopped
- 1 large , Celery Stalk Diced
- 6 cup(s) , Potatoes Boiled and Diced
- 32 ounces , Beer
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Sugar
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Chicken Bouillon
- 64 ounces , Chicken Stock
- 0 as needed , Roux
- 4 cup(s) , Heavy Cream
- 0 to taste , Salt and Pepper

Sauté garlic in butter for 1 minute, add vegetables and saute for 3-5 minutes or until tender. Add potatoes and beer and bring to a boil. Mash potatoes against sides of pot. Add sugar, stock, boullion and salt and pepper. Add roux until thick. Add cream, stir and serve. |
