INGREDIENTS:
- 1/3 cup(s) , Onion Chopped Fine
- 6 tablespoon(s) , Butter
- 1/2 cup(s) , Flour
- 3 cup(s) , Chicken Broth
- 2 cup(s) , Wild Rice Cooked
- 1/2 cup(s) , Carrots Grated
- 1 cup(s) , Turkey Breast Cubed and Cooked
- 3 tablespoon(s) , Slivered Almonds
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1 cup(s) , Half and Half
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Dry Sherry

In stockpot, saute onion in butter. Add flour, stirring constantly until bubbly; gradually stir in broth. Add wild rice, carrots, turkey, almonds and salt; simmer 5 minutes. Add half-and-half and sherry; heat through |
