INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Butter
- 1/2 cup(s) , Onion Chopped Fine
- 2 1/2 cup(s) , Turkey Broth
- 1/2 cup(s) , Carrots Thinly Sliced
- 1/2 cup(s) , Celery Thinly Sliced
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Pepper
- 2 cup(s) , Turkey Cubed
- 1/3 cup(s) , Cornstarch
- 3 cup(s) , Milk
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Fresh Parsley Chopped

In a 4 quart saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion, stirring frequently, cook 2 minutes or until tender. Stir in the broth, carrots, celery, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp. Add turkey. In medium bowl, stir together the cornstarch and milk until smooth. Add to turkey mixture. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat and boil 1 minute. Stir in parsley. Makes 7 cups. |
