INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup(s) , Onion Chopped
- 1 cup(s) , Celery Sliced
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Butter
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Pepper
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Dried Thyme
- 5 cup(s) , Chicken Broth
- 2 large , Potatoes Peeled and Cubed
- 1 cup(s) , Carrots Chopped
- 1 cup(s) , Zucchini Sliced
- 1/2 cup(s) , Apple Juice
- 3 cup(s) , Turkey Cooked and Chopped

Cook the onion and celery in butter. Stir in the flour, salt, pepper, and thyme. Slowly add the chicken broth. Combine broth mixture and remaining ingredients in crock-pot. Cover; cook on low for 4-6 hours. |
