Crock-pot Turkey Chowder

 This chowder is very good and easy to make. The crock-pot will keep it warm for as long as you want.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Onion Chopped
  • 1 cup(s) , Celery Sliced
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Butter
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon(s) , Dried Thyme
  • 5 cup(s) , Chicken Broth
  • 2 large , Potatoes Peeled and Cubed
  • 1 cup(s) , Carrots Chopped
  • 1 cup(s) , Zucchini Sliced
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Apple Juice
  • 3 cup(s) , Turkey Cooked and Chopped

Instructions:
Cook the onion and celery in butter. Stir in the flour, salt, pepper, and thyme. Slowly add the chicken broth. Combine broth mixture and remaining ingredients in crock-pot. Cover; cook on low for 4-6 hours.
