INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound(s) , Ground Beef
- 1 can(s) , Rotel
- 1 can(s) , Chili Beans
- 1 can(s) , Dark Red Kidney Beans
- 1 can(s) , Black Beans
- 1 packet(s) , Chili Seasoning
- 1/4 cup(s) , Jalapenos Sliced
- 1 can(s) , Beer

Brown ground beef in skillet until cooked through. Drain excess fat Add packet of chili seasonings, and mix in completely. In a large pot, combine tomatoes, all beans, beer, jalapenos, and seasoned beef. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and then let simmer. Add water as needed. Serve hot in large bowls with a dallop of sour cream, hearty sprinkle of cheddar cheese, and a handful of tortilla chips. Enjoy!!! |
