- 1 can(s) , Diced TOmatoes Undrained
- 1 cup(s) , Chicken Broth
- 1/4 cup(s) , Flour
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Olive Oil
- 3/4 pound(s) , Polish Sausage Cut in 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 medium , Onion Diced
- 1 medium , Green Bell Pepper Diced
- 2 medium , Celery Ribs Chopped
- 1 medium , Carrot Peeled and Chopped
- 2 teaspoon(s) , Dried Oregano
- 2 teaspoon(s) , Dried Thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) , Red Pepper Flakes
- 0 as needed , Rice Cooked
- 0 to taste , Parsley Chopped

Combine tomatoes with juice and broth in a slow cooker. Sprinkle flour evenly over the bottom of a skillet. Cook over high heat for 3 minutes without stiring. Stir in oil and cook 3 more minutes. Add remaining ingredients except rice and parsley, stir, cover and cook on low for 5 hours. Serve over cooked rice and garnish with parsley |
