INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound(s) , Dry Black Beans Rinsed and Drained
- 2 can(s) , Chicken Broth
- 1 can(s) , Diced Tomatoes 14 1/2 oz.
- 1 can(s) , Green Chilies(4 oz.) Diced
- 8 ounces , Cod Cut into 1 Inch Pieces
- 1/2 cup(s) , Onions Minced
- 2 large , Garlic Cloves Minced
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Dried Oregano
- 2 teaspoon(s) , Dried Thyme
- 2 teaspoon(s) , Ground Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Black Pepper

| Instructions: |
Place beans in a 6 quart slow cooker.
Add water to cover the beans by 4-5 inches.
Cook on low for 8 hours or overnight.
Drain the beans and add the remaining ingredients.
Mix well and cook on low for 8-10 hours |
