INGREDIENTS:
- 10 pound(s) , Red Potatoes
- 2 cup(s) , Onions Diced
- 2 cup(s) , Celery Diced
- 16 slice(s) , Bacon
- 4 tablespoon(s) , Flour
- 1 cup(s) , Sugar
- 4 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Pepper
- 1 1/3 cup(s) , Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 cup(s) , Water

| Instructions: |
Peel, cook and slice potatoes.
While they are cooking, cut up bacon, fry until crisp.
Stir in flour then add milk as needed until smooth and bubbly.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cook slowly until vegetables are soft.
Pour over hot sliced potatoes and serve. |
