Tricolor Pasta Salad

 This is a great salad that is very low fat and healthy. The bell peppers give you more vitamin C than citrus fruit.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 cup(s) , Tri-Color Pasta Cooked
  • 1 cup(s) , Green Bell Pepper Chopped
  • 1 cup(s) , Red Bell Pepper Chopped
  • 1 cup(s) , Yellow Bell Pepper Chopped
  • 1/4 cup(s) , Onion Chopped
  • 1/4 cup(s) , Scallions Chopped
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Fat Free Ranch Dressing
  • 8 large , Lettuce Leaves

Instructions:
In large bowl, combine pasta, peppers, onions and scallions. Toss to combine. Add dressing. Line bowl with lettuce leaves and add salad. Chill
