- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon(s) , fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon(s) , honey
- 1/2 cup(s) , buttermilk
- 1/2 cup(s) , mayonnaise
- 1 to taste , Salt and freshly ground pepper

1. In a bowl whisk together zest, lemon juice, and honey until combined well; whisk in buttermilk, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
Makes about 1 cup dressing. |
