INGREDIENTS:
- 4 medium , Chicken Breast Halves Cooked and Diced
- 2 large , Tomatoes Diced
- 3/4 cup(s) , Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 3/4 cup(s) , Jack Cheese Shredded
- 6 ounces , Black Olives Sliced
- 2 medium , Avocados Chopped
- 1 can(s) , Kidney Beans Drained
- 4 medium , Scallions Chopped
- 2 medium , Iceburg Lettuce
- 0 as needed , Romaine Lettuce Torn in Bite Size Pieces
- 1 package , Doritos
- 0 as needed , Sour Cream
- 0 as needed , Salsa

Combine lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, cheese, olives, avocados, beans and green onions in a large salad bowl. Toss with dressing and add chips last. Serve with a garnish of sour cream and salsa. This is a favorite with the ladies. Be sure to make plenty. 6-8 servings. |
