INGREDIENTS:
- 4 1/2 cup(s) , Broccoli Florets
- 1/2 cup(s) , Chunky Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup(s) , Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup(s) , Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 cup(s) , Orange Juice
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Oriental Chili Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) , Pepper

Blanch broccoli florets in hot salted water for about 3 minutes. Refresh in a bowl of iced water and drain.
• Whisk peanut butter with remaining ingredients in a bowl until a vinaigrette is formed. Add broccoli, toss, and serve. The tossed salad may be stored in refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours. |
