INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 pound(s) , Bratwurst
- 1 bottle(s) , Beer
- 1 medium , Onion Thinly Sliced
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Brown Sugar
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Red Wine Vinegar
- 0 as needed , Spicy Brown Mustard
- 0 as needed , Cocktail Rye Bread

Combine Brats, beer, onion, brown sugar, and vinegar in slow cooker. Cover and cook low for 4-5 hours. Remove brats from liquid and cut into 1/2 inch slices. Spread rye bread with mustard and top with onion slices and bratwurst slices |
