It goes great with a dipping sauce made with just any chili sauce you like with a few tsp. of honey.Some of the ingredients for this recipe can be found in the international foods aisle of the grocery store like the watercestnuts. It is best that you only use fresh beansprouts rather than canned. |

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound(s) , Ground Pork
- 1 bunch , Beansprouts
- 1 bunch , Green Onions
- 1 can(s) , Water Chestnuts Sliced
- 1/2 cup(s) , Oyster Sauce
- 1/2 cup(s) , Mayonnaise
- 2 large , Garlic Cloves Chopped
- 0 to taste , Salt and Pepper
- 0 to taste , Oil For Frying
- 1 packet(s) , Egg Roll Wrappers

| Instructions: |
1.Chop up the beansprouts, green onions and waterchestnuts fine. Combine and set aside.
2. Season pork with salt and pepper. Add the garlic to frying pan with a tablespoon of canola oil. Brown pork and make sure it's cooked all the way through.
3.Drain any excess oil. Add pork to vegetables that you set aside. Add to that, the oyster sauce and mayonnaise.Mix well.
4.Fill eggroll wrappers with the meat mixture and try not to over stuff. The eggroll wrapper packaging has easy to follow steps to fill them properly without over filling. You can use water or an egg wash to seal the wrappers. Fry in canola oil or peanut oil about 1 minute on each side til golden brown. Don't leave unattended. They cook up quickly.
Drain on paper towels and serve immidiately.
note* A package of wrappers usually contain about 20. This recipe is good for 1 package of eggroll wrappers or 1 package of wonton wrappers. |
