Crock Pot Beer Brats

 Bratwurst is a favorite during football season as an appetizer

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 1/2 pound(s) , Bratwurst
  • 1 bottle(s) , Beer
  • 1 medium , Onion Thinly Sliced
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Red Wine Vinegar
  • 0 as needed , Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 0 as needed , Cocktail Rye Bread

Instructions:
Combine Brats, beer, onion, brown sugar, and vinegar in slow cooker. Cover and cook low for 4-5 hours. Remove brats from liquid and cut into 1/2 inch slices. Spread rye bread with mustard and top with onion slices and bratwurst slices
