INGREDIENTS:
- 3/4 cup(s) , Sugar
- 2 1/2 cup(s) , Apples Peeled, Cooked, and Pureed
- 8 large , Eggs
- 2 cup(s) , Water
- 1 1/4 cup(s) , Condensed Milk

Preheat Oven 350 F.Heat sugar in small, heavy duty saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring until disolved and caramel colored. Quickly pour into bottom Place apples, eggs, water and sweetened cover. Blend constantly, for 3 to 4 minutes or of 3-quart casserole dish. Condensed milk in food processor, until smooth. Pour mixture into prepared casserole dish. Cover with foil. Place casserole in 13 x 9-inch baking dish; fill 13 x 9 inch dish with warm water to 1 inch depth. Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes to 30 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Remove flan from hot water; cool to room temperature on wire rack. Chill for seversal hours or until set. Run knife around rim of casserole, gently shake to loosen. Invert unto serving dish. |
