Tater Tot Taco Salad

 This is perfect for 2 people. The tater tots replace tortilla chips for a unique flavor and texture.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 cup(s) , Frozen Mini Tater Tot Rounds
  • 1/2 pound(s) , Ground Beef
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Taco Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 1/4 cup(s) , Black Olives Sliced
  • 1 cup(s) , Lettuce Shredded
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Taco Sauce
  • 1/4 cup(s) , Sour Cream

Instructions:
Bake Tater Tots according to pkg. directions.

Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef over med. heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in taco seasoning.

Divide Tater Tots between two serving platers or bowls. Top with taco mixture, cheese, olives, lettuce, taco sauce and sour cream.
