Pecos Pork Chops

 This is a Mexican pork chop dish that contains several spices.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 pound(s) , Pork Chops
  • 1 cup(s) , Tomato Sauce
  • 3 tablespoon(s) , Chili Sauce
  • 1 1/4 tablespoon(s) , Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) , Lemon Juice
  • 2 teaspoon(s) , Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) , Ground Cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) , Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) , Pepper

Instructions:
Arrange pork chops in a shallow baking dish. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chops, cover, and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Place chops on rack in baking pan; spoon sauce over and bake about 1 hour or until tender.
