Mexican Style Corn Chowder

 Corn Chowder is a great side dish for any meal

INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 tablespoon(s) , Margarine
  • 1 medium , Onion Chopped
  • 1 medium , Green Pepper Chopped
  • 1 can(s) , Corn With Liquid
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) , Milk
  • 1 can(s) , Shrimp Drained
  • 10 ounces , Cheese

Instructions:
Saute peppers and onions in margarine in 2 quart saucepan. Stir in whole kernel corn with its liquid and the drained shrimp. Bring to a simmer. Do not boil!!! Reduce heat and add cheese. Mix and heat slowly until cheese is melted. Garnish with parsley or cilantro.
