INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Vegetable Oil
- 1 pound(s) , Ground Turkey
- 1 small , Green Pepper Chopped
- 1 packet(s) , Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1 can(s) , Kidney Beans
- 6 ounces , Ripe Olives Sliced
- 1 large , Tomato Chopped
- 1/2 cup(s) , Salsa
- 1/4 cup(s) , Italian Salad Dressing
- 1/2 medium , Lettuce Shredded
- 8 ounces , Corn Chips Crushed
- 3/4 cup(s) , Cheddar Cheese Shredded

Heat oil in a large skillet; add ground turkey, stirring until turkey browns. Add green pepper and seasoning mix along with the amount of water called for on packet instructions. Cook for 10-15 minutes. Add beans, olives and tomato. Combine taco sauce and dressing. Pour into turkey mixture and heat.
Just before serving, place shredded lettuce and crushed chips on platter. Spoon turkey mixture over chips and lettuce. Serve with the shredded cheese and additional taco sauce. |
