Hot Mexican Clam Chowder

 This is a great take on the classic clam chowder. This is full of flavors

INGREDIENTS:
  • 64 ounces , Canned Tomatoes
  • 3 can(s) , Minced Clams
  • 1 teaspoon(s) , Red Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Black Pepper
  • 5 medium , Onions
  • 3 large , Garlic Coce
  • 4 large , Celery Ribs
  • 4 medium , Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Poultry Seasoning
  • 1 whole , Bay Leaf
  • 2 large , Carrots
  • 1 tablespoon(s) , Thyme
  • 1 tablespoon(s) , Garlic Salt

Instructions:
Cut up the vegetables. Throw all the ingredients into a pot. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 45 minutes. Serve.
