INGREDIENTS:
- 14 1/2 ounces , Roma Tomatoes
- 1 medium , Onion Sliced Thin
- 1/2 cup(s) , Celery Chopped
- 1 can(s) , Green Chiles Drained
- 1/3 cup(s) , Red Bell Pepper Chopped
- 1/3 cup(s) , Yellow Bell Pepper Chopped
- 1/3 cup(s) , Green Bell Pepper Chopped
- 1/4 cup(s) , Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Mustard Seeds
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Ground Coriander
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Pepper
- 1/4 cup(s) , Fresh Cilantro Chopped

Combine first 13 ingredients in a processor. Finely chop using on/off
turns. Transfer to bowl. Cover and chill at least 4 hours.
Can be made two days ahead. Mix cilantro into salsa. Serve with chips |
