Shrimp Ceviche

 This is a raw shrimp appetizer that is chemically cooked by the lime juice.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 pound(s) , Raw Shrimp
  • 4 large , Tomatoes
  • 6 large , Limes
  • 1 cup(s) , Cilantro Leaves
  • 1 pieces , Serrano Chile Seeded and Minced
  • 1/2 pieces , Cucumber Diced
  • 1 pieces , Red Onion Diced
  • 1 to taste , Salt
  • 1 to taste , Pepper

Instructions:
Lay out shrimp in the bottom of glass baking dish. Pour lemon and lime juice over them and refrigerate for 3 hours. The juice will "cook" the shrimp. Toss with remaining ingredients and refrigerate for one more hour or longer.
