INGREDIENTS:
- 2 package , Frozen Cut up Broccoli
- 2 large , Eggs Beaten
- 1 can(s) , Cheddar Cheese Soup
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Dried Oregano Crushed
- 1 can(s) , Tomatoes Cut up
- 3 tablespoon(s) , Parmesan Cheese Grated

Cook frozen broccoli in unsalted boiling water 5 to 7 minutes. Drain well. Combine eggs, Cheddar cheese soup, and oregano. Stir in tomatoes and broccoli. Turn vegetable cheese mixture into 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Serves 6 to 8. |
