INGREDIENTS:
- 3 cup(s) , Boiling Water
- 4 ounces , Sun Dried Tomatoes Packed without Oil
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Olive Oil
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) , Black Pepper
- 1 large , Garlic Clove Minced
- 12 ounces , Bowtie Pasta
- 10 ounces , Fresh Spinach Torn
- 1 1/2 cup(s) , Asiago Cheese
- 1/2 cup(s) , Parmesan Cheese

Combine boiling water and sun-dried tomatoes in a bowl; let stand for 25 minutes. Drain and chop tomatoes. Combine tomatoes, oil, salt, pepper, and garlic in a large bowl. Add hot pasta and spinach; toss gently. Sprinkle with cheeses, toss gently. Serve |
