Chicken Breast In Chardonnay

 This is one of my favorite recipes because the Chicken Breast In Chardonay has a wonderful flavor to the breast and is quite tasty.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 5 whole , chicken breasts skinless, boneless
  • 2 cup(s) , chardonnay
  • 5 whole , tart apples (macintosh are best)
  • 2 pinch , pine nuts
  • 1 to taste , poutlry seasoning
  • 2 pinch , dill weed

Instructions:
Marinate the chicken in the wine overnight. Set the chicken in a pan and dust lightly with dill and poultry seasoning. Pour a little of the wine over the chicken breasts Slice the apples and layer over the chicken. Scatter pine nuts over the top. Bake at 350 until the chicken is cooked through, about half an hour.
