INGREDIENTS:
- 30 large , Mushrooms Stemmed
- 3 tablespoon(s) , Butter Melted
- 1 pound(s) , Bulk Sausage Cooked
- 1/2 cup(s) , Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 cup(s) , Pizza Sauce
- 1 large , Egg
- 0 as needed , Mozzarella Cheese

Dip mushrooms in butter. Mix remaining ingredients except cheese, stuff mushrooms with the mixture of sausage, bread crumbs, sauce and egg. Top with a 1 inch square of sliced mozzarella cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. |
