Garganelli Pasta with Smoked Salmon

 Salmon and dill are a perfect match, they create a wonderful flavor. This is a quick dish that can be made in about 20 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 16 ounces , Garganelli Pasta
  • 5 tablespoon(s) , Butter
  • 3 1/2 ounces , Smoked Salmon Cut in Strips
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) , Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Fresh Dill Chopped
  • 0 to taste , White Pepper

Instructions:
Cook the garganelli in slightly salted boiling water for about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain but do not rinse.
Meanwhile, melt butter in a large saucepan. Add salmon and gently toss over medium heat until warmed.
Add cream and cooked garganelli and gently stir over medium - high heat until warmed through, about 3 minutes.
Sprinkle with fresh dill and pepper
