INGREDIENTS:
6 medium , Salmon Steaks
1 packet(s) , Italian Salad Dressing Mix
1/2 cup(s) , Water
2 tablespoon(s) , Lemon Juice
8 ounces , Mushrooms Sliced
1/4 cup(s) , Parmesan Cheese Grated
Instructions:
Arrange salmon steaks in a buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine salad dressing mix, lemon juice, and water; pour over salmon. Cover dish with aluminum foil. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Top salmon with sautéed mushrooms and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes
