INGREDIENTS:
- 8 ounces , Linguine Cooked
- 3 teaspoon(s) , Cornstarch
- 3/4 pound(s) , Beef Round Cut in Strips
- 3 tablespoon(s) , Peanut Oil
- 1/2 cup(s) , Carrots Thiny Sliced on the Bias
- 1 large , Red Bell Pepper Diced Large
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Garlic Chopped Fine
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Chili Sauce
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Ground Ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Black Pepper
- 3 cup(s) , Broccoli Florets Small
- 1 cup(s) , Beef Consomme

| Instructions: |
Heat the peanut oil in a large skillet, add the beef and the garlic, and cook stirring frequently until golden brown.
Remove the beef from the pan, save the pan add the vegetables and the seasonings to the pan, add the consommé bring to simmer the broccoli until it is tender take 1 tsp. of cornstarch and 1 tsp. of water add dissolve, add this to the simmering sauce and simmer 1 more minute.
Toss the linguine in the skillet until hot and serve immediately. |
