Vegetable Nachos

 This is a healthy alternative to regular nachos

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 large , Tomato Chopped
  • 6 large , Green Onions Chopped
  • 3 medium , Zucchini Chopped
  • 1 pound(s) , Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 1/2 pound(s) , Swiss Cheese Shredded
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Onion Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Paprika

Instructions:
Mix chopped vegetables together. Mix seasonings together in small jar. Spread vegetables thinly on a cookie sheet, sprinkle cheeses over the top. Sprinkle seasonings over cheese. Bake at 400 degrees until cheese is well melted. Or microwave; place vegetables on a microwave-safe dish; top with cheese and seasonings. Microwave on High approximately 4 minutes. Serve with salsa and tortilla chips
