- 1 cup(s) , Green Bell Pepper Chopped
- 1 cup(s) , Red Bell Pepper Chopped
- 1 cup(s) , Yellow Bell Pepper Chopped
- 1/4 cup(s) , Onion Chopped
- 1/4 cup(s) , Scallions Chopped
- 1/2 cup(s) , Fat Free Ranch Dressing
- 8 large , Lettuce Leaves
