INGREDIENTS:
- 4 tablespoon(s) , Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Honey
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Pepper
- 1 pound(s) , Tofu Cut in Squares
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Peanut Oil
- 1 medium , Onion Finely Chopped
- 2 medium , Zucchini Julienned
- 2 medium , Carrots Julienned
- 1 cup(s) , Snow Peas
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Fresh Ginger Grated
- 1 cup(s) , Almonds Slivered
- 1/2 cup(s) , Sesame Seeds

Combine the soy sauce, honey, and pepper. Pour the sauce over the tofu until it is well coated.
Heat the oil, then sauté the vegetables and ginger for 5 minutes. Ina separate pan, toast the almonds and sesame seeds. Mix the tofu with the vegetables and heat.
Sprinkle the mixture with the sesame seeds and almonds. Serve immediately. |
