INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cup(s) , Mushrooms Sliced
- 2 cup(s) , Celery Sliced
- 2 cup(s) , Broccoli
- 2 medium , Tomatoes Cubed
- 1 large , Onion Sliced
- 2 medium , Green Bell Peppers Sliced
- 0 to taste , Garlic Powder
- 0 to taste , Salt and Pepper
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Old Bay Seasoning
- 0 to taste , Season Salt
- 1/2 cup(s) , Dales Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Vegetable Oil
- 4 medium , Crappie Filets

Sauté the veggies in veggie oil and seasoning sauce in a wok. Sauté until the veggies are soft. Add fish cut into small chunks. Cook for about 20 more minutes or until most liquids are absorbed. Stir frequently. Serve over rice. |
