INGREDIENTS:
- 1/3 cup(s) , Wild Rice
- 1/3 cup(s) , Brown Rice
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1 large , Carrot Julienned
- 1 large , Onion Chopped
- 1 large , Celery Stalk Chopped
- 1 small , Zucchini Julienned
- 1/2 cup(s) , Broccoli Florets
- 10 small , Mushrooms Sliced
- 1 cup(s) , Jack Cheese Grated
- 1/4 cup(s) , Almonds Sliced

| Instructions: |

Rinse the rices and cook them together with salt in 2 cups water. Steam vegetables briefly 2-5 minutes. Toss rice and vegetables - turn into shallow baking dish. Top with cheese and nuts and cook under broiler until cheese melts. Serves 4-6. |
